Follow these steps if your home or property has damage that could be covered under your homeowners insurance policy:
Step 1 - Contact CYA Roofing & Exteriors
Our technicians will review your damage on-site and provide a free estimate to repair any issues. We'll complete a total review of the affected area to determine if there is possible damage to the roof, siding, or gutters. At this time, CYA Roofing & Exteriors will cover and protect any affected areas to prevent further damage.

Step 2 - Contact Homeowners Insurance Company
CYA Roofing & Exteriors will contact your insurance company to start the claims process. We'll relay our findings on damage incurred and what needs to be replaced.

Step 3 - Wait for Insurance Approval
While this can add time to the project timeline, it's necessary we receive insurance approval before starting any repair work.

Step 4 - Determine Materials and Schedule Services
When the insurance claim is processed and approved, we'll meet with you on the materials you wish to use to repair damaged areas. Then we'll work with you on scheduling that work for you to complete repairs.
